CHURCHILL DOWNS SIGN CHANGE DERBY 148 - 4-7-2022 (3).jpg — Crews were lifted above the Grandstand at Churchill Downs on Thursday to change the sign below the Twin Spires declaring the 148th Kentucky Derby. The tradition dates back to 1875. April 7, 2022.
