LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The weekend is upon us, and there are plenty of things to do and see across Kentuckiana.
Here are a selection of events, markets, concerts and more happening the weekend of Friday, March 6 to Sunday, March 8.
Louisville Korean Festival & Showcase
Celebrate Korean culture, food, and community at the 2026 Louisville Korean Festival & Showcase on Saturday.
The festival runs on Saturday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kentucky Exposition Center West Hall A and B. Admission is free. All proceeds support the Jung Hwang Legacy Foundation, funding programs that give back to the local community.
Visitors can browse cultural and vendor booths featuring crafts, gifts, and unique experiences, enjoy tasty treats from local Asian food trucks, and bid in a silent auction for exciting items.
Live performances and taekwondo demonstrations from Hwang’s Martial Arts will take the stage throughout the day. Guests can also try on a traditional hanbok and snap photos to capture the experience.
Organizers said the event is perfect for families, culture enthusiasts, and anyone looking to enjoy food, music, and community impact in Louisville.

Tailspin Ale Fest
The 13th annual Tailspin Ale Fest is this weekend. The 100% outdoor festival will take off at historic Bowman Field Airport from 3-7 p.m. Saturday, March 7.
More than 250 beers from local breweries will be in the Kentucky Tent such as Against the Grain, Country Boy Brewing, Atrium Brewing, plus regional and national craft breweries like Bell's, New Belgium, Trellis, and 3 Floyds.
Tailspin Ale Fest features over 50 breweries from across America with a dedicated section of brews from the bluegrass and paired with live music, planes on display, wrestling action, and more.
Ten rotating taps of Bourbon Barrel Aged beers will be featured at the Bourbon Barrel Beer Bar.
Music by Vinyl Richie & Hot Sauce Brass Band, dance to your own beat with the Drake’s Silent Disco, puff away at Cox's Cigar Lounge and more.
The event benefits TKO Parkinsons, a movement that is a 100% free boxing program for people fighting against the progression of Parkinson's.

LM Sugarbush Festival
The second weekend of the 35th annual LM Sugarbush Festival kicks off Saturday, March 7.
The festival is held on the 140-acre LM Sugarbush family farm in Salem, Indiana.
The farm was established in 1981 as Leane and Michael's Sugarbush.
Since 2103, Nicholas and Jennifer Reisenbichler and Robert and Emily Blackman have owned the farm and hosted the Maple Syrup Festival.
Enjoy pancakes and waffles, finger lickin' good BBQ, toe tappin' music, tours of the farm, craft and food vendors as well as many activities and games.
The festival runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8. The farm is located at 321 N. Garrison Hollow Road in Salem.

Louisville Roller Derby 2026 Season Opener
Louisville Roller Derby will kick off its 2026 season this weekend with a double-header at home.
The bout is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, at the team's new home at Triple Crown Pavilion, located at 1780 Plantside Dr. in Jeffersontown.
Doors open at 4 p.m., with the first bout at 4:30 p.m. between the Louisville Junior Roller Derby and the Steel City Slayers Junior Roller Derby. The Louisville Roller Derby All-Stars will go up against the Cornfed Roller Derby at 7 p.m.
Formerly known as the Derby City Roller Girls, Louisville Roller Derby was established in 2005 as an LLC "owned and operated by individuals who love to skate." In 2009, the group became an official member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association.
As a nonprofit, LRD volunteers and makes charitable contributions — which they say are part of their foundation.
Parking is free and there will be concessions and a bar. Tickets start at $20 for adults and $12 for children age seven to 12. Children six and under get in for free.

Monster Jam
Monster Jam is roaring back into Louisville this weekend, bringing its signature mix of oversized trucks, high-flying stunts and family-friendly action to the Kentucky Exposition Center.
The popular motorsports event features 12,000-pound trucks performing wheelies, jumps and freestyle tricks.
Fans can expect to see crowd favorites, including Grave Digger, El Toro Loco, Sparkle Smash and other well-known competitors.
Organizers say the experience is designed for all ages. All guests ages two and older must have a ticket.
Monster Jam is set for 7 p.m. Saturday, March 7. Monster Jam Trackside begins at 6 p.m., and includes a competition preview, driver interviews, a behind-the-scenes look with the Pit Crew, opening ceremonies and giveaways.
