LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- WDRB's new 10 a.m. newscast launched Monday on WDRB+. Our free app is available wherever you get your favorite streaming shows.
The online newscast is anchored by a familiar WDRB face, journalist Monica Harkins, and Julie Dolan, who has worked in Louisville since 2017. Dolan previously worked in newsrooms in Cincinnati, Lexington and Evansville.
The WDRB+ newscast features a new podcast-style look and interactivity with viewers. Rather than just report the news, Harkins and Dolan discuss the topics of the day in detail with a new perspective.
While you're on the WDRB+ app, you can also watch News on Demand and more original programs including Dalton Godbey's "Crossroads." He currently has exclusive streaming shows on Louisville, Christmas and Santa Claus, Indiana. And you can also see past episodes from northern Kentucky, Corydon, Indiana, Starlight, Indiana, Berea, Kentucky, and even the Kentucky State Fair.
Also on WDRB+, you can watch "Overtime" with Rick Bozich and Eric Crawford, "Beat the Spread" to learn the latest sports odds and Foodie Town to learn some creative ways to serve some of your favorite foods.
Here is a video to demonstrate how to download the WDRB+ app.
If you don't have the WDRB+ app, it's free and easy to download to your ROKU, Apple TV and Amazon Fire as well as most smart TVs. You can also download a mobile WDRB+ app on your Android and Apple smartphones. Click here for more information on how to get the apps.
