LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Summer camps are underway at the Kentucky Science Center for local students.
Kids can learn all about science and do fun experiments, like making a milk firework like we did on WDRB Mornings on Tuesday.
Camps are available for kindergarteners through 8th graders. Experiments are tailored to the age level.
Camp themes this year include everything from Legos, Pokemon and Minecraft to chemistry, music, and graphic design.
"We like to say when school's out, science camp is in because we want the learning to continue while school is out," Taylor U'Sellis with the Kentucky Science Center said on Tuesday.
Camps continue until the Friday before school starts back up.
