LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Kentucky Humane Society is asking for supply donations for the winter season.
KHS posted on Facebook Tuesday asking for some much-needed supplies to keep shelter pets warm and safe through the cold months.
Items needed include newspaper, dog sweaters and coats, blankets and towels that are new or gently used, snuffle mats, and "adopt me" leashes.
Donations are accepted at KHS' main campus on Steedly Drive. They can be left outside of the Admissions Department doors.
Donations can also be sent to the shelter directly by ordering items from KHS' wish lists on Chewy or Amazon.
