LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kroger is showcasing bourbon for an auction that raises funding for a Louisville nonprofit.
Kroger's fourth annual Ultimate Bourbon Auction started Wednesday. All proceeds from the auction are directly donated to Dare to Care Foodbank and God's Pantry Food Bank, according to a news release.
"We're committed to our Zero Hunger | Zero Waste social impact program, and our goal is to end hunger in our communities by 2025," Jake Cannon, division president and board member of Dare to Care, said in a news release Wednesday. "We hope bidders enjoy a chance at premier bourbon selections while giving back close to the holiday season."
