LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Charmoli Neighborhood Place in Middletown is scheduled to close at the end of October due to city budget cuts.

Neighborhood Place offers a mix of services from multiple agencies including Jefferson County Public Schools.

Centerstone began relocating its services in August.

Residents are encouraged to find services from the other seven Neighborhood Place locations in Jefferson County.
