LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Looking to test your luck this holiday season? The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is holding their annual vehicle raffle!

The grand prize this year is a 2024 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible, or a $50,000 cash prize.

Trooper Island Camp's annual vehicle raffle is their largest fundraiser of the year. All ticket sales go towards a free summer camp for Kentucky children.

Last year they sold 37,519 tickets, and Trooper Island Camp Commander Trooper Jonathan Biven said in a news release on Friday that he hopes to surpass that number in 2024.

"When you purchase a $10 raffle ticket, you’re not just entering a drawing; you’re investing in children whose families are financially challenged by providing means for these kids to experience a week-long summer camp free of charge," Trooper Biven said in the Friday news release.

Tickets are $10 each, and are available on the website or at any KSP post throughout the state.

The drawing is scheduled for August 25 at 3 p.m. EST during the Kentucky State Fair. Tickets holders do not have to be present to win.
