A former corrections officer at the Clark County Jail in Jeffersonville is now on the wrong side of the law himself.
The suit alleges the jail punished the women after the incident by confiscating their blankets and pillows and denying them normal privileges.
Friday, Clark County Circuit Court Judge Nicholas Karaffa dismissed the case against David Lowe.
