LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky Derby Festival's annual event, Fest-a-Ville, is officially underway.

The popular nine-day event returns to Waterfront Park to kickoff the 2025 Kentucky Derby season.

Some highlights of Fest-a-Ville include the two car shows taking place the first weekend. On April 26, Cars & Coffee will be on the Great Lawn from 4-8 p.m. and the Custom Car Showcase will be on the Great Lawn April 27 from 12-5 p.m.

Motorcycle Night will be Thursday, May 1, beginning at 5 p.m. and the Louisville Turners Circus will be the same night beginning at 6 p.m.

Fest-a-Ville and the Chow Wagon opened Thursday at 11 a.m. Entry is free with a Kentucky Derby Festival Pegasus Pin.

The Chow Wagon is open the entire nine days of the Fest-a-Ville. You can grab a bite to eat while watching live music.

Pegasus Play-Ville will also be open with several kid-friendly activities. Rides are open from noon to close on weekends and 4 p.m. until close on weekdays.
