While states including Kentucky have opened COVID-19 testing to anyone, Indiana’s top health official said the Hoosier state won’t follow.

Testing is being offered even to those people not exhibiting symptoms. 

The exchange of equipment, materials and information is a big reason why many have waited for long periods of time for results.
