The 30th annual Festival of Trees and Lights is happening over the weekend from Nov.15 through Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Last year's festival, which benefits Norton Children's Hospital, was held virtually because of the coronavirus pandemic.Â
