Police departments in the Louisville area increasingly are using license plate reader cameras, such as the Flock device shown here (WDRB photo).
As featured on
House Bill 45 also takes aim at 'deep fakes,' tracking devices and the futuristic practice of human microchipping.Â
Currently, the city has 141 Flock cameras in place.
