The fourth annual Girls in Aviation Day was held at Bowman Field on Saturday, Sept. 10.

The goal of the event is to inspire and encourage young women to look to the sky for their career.
Participants will be able to sit in static planes, fly drones, use a flight simulator, and expand their knowledge about aviation.
