Churchill Downs announced Wednesday plans to transform the bleacher seating in the grandstand near the Kentucky Derby starting gate and upgrade second- and third-floor social spaces inside.
Churchill Downs is working on an $80 to $90 million renovation of the grandstand including updated seating options. This project is expected to be completed before Kentucky Derby 151.
