Jamey Noel arrested 11-8-23

Noel is facing 15 charges nearly three months after Indiana State Police served several search warrants at his home in August.

Noel was arrested last week on 15 felony charges of theft, fraud, ghost employment and corruption. 

According to court documents, Noel was issued a check for $35,000 from Humana.
