The Kentucky Humane Society said a dying dog was left in its parking lot around noon on Friday.
Ethan, the dog in question, was basically just skin and bones when someone left him in the agency's parking lot around noon on Friday.
Kentucky Humane Society officials said although Ethan has a "long road ahead of him," they are optimistic that he will fully recover.
