A former corrections officer is under investigation by Louisville Police and the jail for wrecking his car last month while on duty into another corrections officer, sending that man to the hospital.
It took more than three months before Officer Terry Henderson was charged in January with official misconduct and drunk driving – his third DUI charge since 2019.

Despite having a blood alcohol level roughly two times over the legal limit, Terry Henderson was not immediately arrested after crashing into another officer on Sept. 26 while on duty.
