Officers were at a home on Springfield Drive for narcotics investigation around 1:00 a.m. Friday morning, according to Assistant Police Chief Josh Judah.
The photos, given to WDRB News by Louisville attorney Sam Aguiar, who is representing Taylor's family in a wrongful death lawsuit against officers involved in the raid, show bullet holes scattered throughout Taylor's apartment.
Detectives Myles Cosgrove and Brett Hankison and Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly have been placed on administrative reassignment while LMPD's Public Integrity Unit completes its investigation of the raid.
