Syringe disposal bins have been installed at three Metro Louisville parks in an effort to protect the community from the spread of bloodborne illnesses and expand harm reduction efforts in the city. The bins were unveiled Monday, Nov. 21, 2022, at Boone Square Park on Rowan Street. (WDRB photo)
