According to one source, NCAA associate director of enforcement Nate Leffler interviewed a Louisville businessman on Tuesday about Bowen, former assistant coach Kenny Johnson and aspiring agent Christian Dawkins.
The school says the rumor of a trustee being the source isn't new, has already been investigated and that no evidence was ever found to support the claim.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law Monday a bill that will require the state’s NCAA institutions to allow players to make money from their image and/or likeness, and to allow them to hire agents.
