LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two Louisville Metro Police officers and another driver were hospitalized after a crash early Thursday morning on Preston Highway.
LMPD Public Information Officer Dwight Mitchell said in a statement that the crash happened around 3:30 a.m. Thursday.
Mitchell said the two officers were traveling northbound on Preston Highway when their cruiser crashed into a car trying to turn left from southbound Preston Highway onto Indian Trail.
As a result, both officers and the driver of the car were hospitalized. All of them have non-life-threatening injuries.
The LMPD Traffic Unit is investigating.
