LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A $1 million Powerball ticket sold in Louisville remains unclaimed while another Kentucky player won $50,000 in Saturday night's drawing.
According to lottery officials, the ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball. The numbers drawn were 25, 37, 42, 52 and 65, with Powerball 14.
Another large prize in Kentucky is still waiting to be claimed. A $1 million ticket from the April 29 drawing was sold at a Thorntons store on Chamberlain Lane in Louisville, but no one has come forward yet.
Winners must claim prizes in person at Kentucky Lottery headquarters on West Main Street in Louisville. Officials recommend calling ahead to set up an appointment.
Saturday's drawing also created two jackpot winners, with tickets sold in Texas and Florida sharing the $20 million prize.
The Powerball jackpot has since reset to $20 million. The next drawing is scheduled for Monday night, with the Power Play option offering up to a 10x multiplier while the jackpot remains under $150 million.
