A Michigan high school is under fire for banning baby bumps in the school yearbook.

Deonna Harris and Kimberly Haney are both pregnant. The principal at White Cloud High School told the girls that allowing photos that show a baby bump would promote teen pregnancy.  They were both girls were asked to retake photos for the yearbook.

"She said, 'We have to retake this picture.' I was kind of  confused and asked what was wrong with it? and she was like, 'Well, the yearbook teacher told me you can't have your belly in, it so we have to retake it,'" said Harris.

Haney and her boyfriend were voted most likely to get married.

In one photo, he was pretending to propose in the picture.

But the pose wasn't allowed because it showed her bump

"It's not like I was holding my belly," said Haney. "I wasn't promoting it in any way. It's just a full body picture."

The superintendent says there is no specific policy against showing baby bumps.

But he supports the decision.

Both girls are refusing to reshoot the photos to hide their pregnancies. Â
