LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and Frazier History Museum will offer discounted admission for locals a few times this summer.
Guest can explore either museum for just $5 after 5 p.m. on the last Sunday of June, July and August. During these days, both museums will stay open until 8 p.m.
At the Slugger museum, guests can take a factory tour, explore hands-on exhibits and take home a souvenir mini-bat.
"It’s a perfect time to rediscover two classic attractions that make downtown Louisville such a great place to explore," Andrew Soliday, marketing director at Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, said in a news release Thursday. "We hope this offer encourages folks to revisit both museums or experience them for the first time."
At the Frazier museum, guests can explore three floors of exhibits on Kentucky history, photography, pop culture and bourbon.
"We are so excited to team up with our neighbors at Slugger," Simon Meiners, communications and research specialist at the Frazier History Museum, said in a news release. "Whether they’re tourists or Louisville locals, we want individuals and families to enjoy these Sunday evenings at two historic Museum Row attractions."
