LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Workers at the Brown Hotel have created a bourbon-themed gingerbread masterpiece.

It's a holiday tradition for the culinary team each year. The newest creation is a Ginger Rick House, a replica of a building where bourbon is aged. It's an impressive recipe including 50 pounds of flour and 42 pounds of butter.

It took 70 hours to create the house, which includes detailed bourbon barrels made of marshmallows and gum paste.

You can see it for yourself on the second floor lobby of the Brown Hotel.
