LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two females were shot and killed in south Louisville early Saturday morning.

Aaron Ellis, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to a reported shooting at 4:15 a.m. in the 100 block of E. Southland Blvd.

Police found two females inside the location who had been shot. Their ages are unknown at this time.

They were pronounced deceased on the scene.
