Cinnamon roll shop, Cinnaholic set to open location in St. Matthews

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A cinnamon roll bakery is set to open up shop in St. Matthews.

The franchise, called Cinnaholic, features customizable cinnamon rolls with creations like cookie monster, caramel apple pie and very berry.

The bakery is also expected to serve brownies, cookies, cookie cakes and cinnacakes, cakes made out of cinnamon rolls.

The new Louisville location is expected to open at 4204 Shelbyville Road near Hubbards Lane.

An opening date hasn't been announced.
