LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville restaurant is reopening after a fire forced the business to close in October.
Enso, a Japanese and southern fusion restaurant, will reopen its Clifton location April 8.
According to a news release Wednesday, Lawrence Weeks, owner and chef, has been working hard to bring back some of the classic Enso dishes and creating new ones.
A fire started in the kitchen around 9 p.m. Oct. 21, interrupting dinner service and causing customers to evacuate. The fire spread to the first floor wall. No one was injured.
