Jeep, Nissan, and Volkswagen have all recalled vehicles as well this year, to the point where many drivers are tuning out.
Many auto repair shop workers are finding unrepaired recalls on cars all the time, as they get brought in for routine service. Many of us just don't get around to having recalls fixed, while others just don't know at all.
According to a recent study from ISeeCars, the average number of lifetime "projected" recalls is four.
Just as alarming, many of these recalls won't get fixed.
