LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Whether you love them or hate them, McDonald's Snack Wraps are back!
One of the biggest food trends of the 1990's has made a big return this year.
Snack Wraps disappeared from most McDonald's back in 2016 as the company slimmed down its menu. Once they were gone, fans immediately began asking for them to come back.
It's a simple recipe: breaded chicken strip on a bed of cheese and lettuce, wrapped in a fresh tortilla shell, with a choice of ranch or spicy.
Unfortunately, there is no grilled version for this go-around.
One of the reasons there was so much demand for the Snack Wrap to come back is because it's so portable and easy to eat.
Now they run around $2.99 a wrap, which is pricier than the old version. But, it's still cheaper than the Popeye's $3.99 wrap or the Wendy's $5.00 wrap.
