LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Hitting the road for Labor Day weekend may be less stressful as gas prices reach the lowest cost for the holiday weekend in the past three years.
According to AAA, Thursday's average of $2.59 is nearly a quarter cheaper than 2018 prices.
The amount is also less than drivers spend on Memorial Day weekend trips.
