LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — House of Marigold's new NuLu restaurant is nearing completion.
According to our partners at Louisville Business First, the owners said it's about 80% finished.
The new restaurant on East Market Street hopes to open by the end of September.
It is in the former home of Harvest, which closed in 2020. The new restaurant will feature multiple dining rooms, private event areas and a rooftop.
House of Marigold also plans to open another location this year in Norton Commons.
The restaurant has earned local and national recognition in recent years. In 2024, Southern Living magazine named House of Marigold the Best Restaurant in Kentucky, and Adrienne Cole was selected for the James Beard Foundation's Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership program in 2025.
The Norton Commons location is expected to be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
