LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Another major Louisville company is leaving downtown for the East End.
ISCO Industries is relocating its headquarters to 13350 Triton Park Blvd. inside the Eastport Business Center, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
The move places the company in the former Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield building, one of the largest office spaces in the city at about 253,000 square feet.
ISCO currently operates from 100 Witherspoon St. Downtown and plans to complete the move in the first half of 2027, according to Louisville Business First.
The company has purchased the property, though the price was not disclosed. The building was previously listed for about $25 million.
ISCO says the new headquarters will give the company more space and flexibility as it grows.
"We’ve always believed in investing in the future of ISCO," President Mark Kirchdorfer said in a statement reported by LBF.
ISCO’s relocation adds to a growing trend of companies moving operations out of Downtown Louisville as office vacancy rates continue to climb.
