LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Soul food lovers and barbecue fans have a new restaurant to try in Louisville.
LuCretia's Kitchen officially opened on Sunday at 617 W. Oak Street in the Limerick neighborhood near Old Louisville. LuCretia's Kitchen was previously housed in ChefSpace.
The location was once the home of Daddy Rich's and The Seafood Lady. Patrons now have a dine-in experience where they can try signature family recipe meals.Â
"I've been searching high and low for the perfect place and I'm blessed to finally be home," LuCretia Thompson said. "Our legacy is founded richly in love and we want to share this live with the community."
LuCretia's Kitchen represents three generations of the Thompson family.
