LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The co-owner of Hammerheads plans to open a new restaurant in Shelby Park, our partners at Louisville Business First reported this week.
Oma LLC, a company registered to Adam Burress, applied for an alcohol license at 1116 Logan St., which isn't far from Logan Street Market.
Burress confirmed a new restaurant is coming but said it's still too early to discuss specifics. He and his partner, Chase Mucerino, previously launched Hammerheads in Germantown with a partner back in 2010, specializing in American cuisine like barbecue, burgers and comfort food and also featuring unique items like lamb ribs, elk burgers and duck tacos.
They also founded Game on Lexington Road in 2012, but that brand has since been sold to Timothy Lewis.
