LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new ice cream shop has opened on Dixie Highway in Pleasure Ridge Park.

Panchitos Ice Cream opened at 4810 Dixie Highway. The ice cream shop makes more than 30 offerings of ice cream and popsicles in-store.

The restaurant also offers Mexican street corn, crepes, mini pancakes, churros and more. It is open noon to 10 p.m. daily.

There is also a Panchitos Ice Cream located at 8118 Preston Highway.
