LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Publix Super Market will host a hiring event this week ahead of its store's opening in east Jefferson County.
Publix will hold the events at Embassy Suites Louisville East at 9940 Corporate Campus Drive. They will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
The grocery store is considering full-time and part-time applicants for departments including bakery, deli grocery, meat, seafood and produce.
According to a news release Monday, open positions include stocking clerks, meat cutters, cake decorators, bakers and deli associates.
The new Publix is located at 2500 Terra Crossing Blvd.
