LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Señora Arepa plans to open in February on Baxter Avenue in the Highlands.
The Ole Restaurant Group announced Monday its decision to close its Taco Luchador location at 938 Baxter Avenue.
Rick Moir, managing partner of the Ole Restaurant Group, told WDRB News the restaurant group wanted to focus on sit down restaurants in Louisville. Señora Arepa will offer full service and cocktails.
Moir said Señora Arepa plans to open in the first or second week of February.
At one point, Louisville had four Taco Luchador locations, but that number is now down to just two: one in St. Matthews and the newest location in Jeffersontown.
