MEADE COUNTY, Ky. (WDRB) -- A crash involving a cattle truck closes down U. S. 60 near Brandenburg.
It happened about 3 a.m. Friday just north of the Joe Prather Highway where U. S. 60 intersects with Warren Drive.
Police in Meade County say the roadway will be closed through the morning. In addition to dealing with the livestock, police say Kentucky highway crews are assessing damage to the roadway.
One person was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
