Kentucky:
Captain's Quarters Riverside Grill closed Thursday evening in anticipation of 2-3 feet of flood water. A reopening date has not been posted on its social media.
The Louisville Zoo postponed a two-day retirement celebration had been planned for April 5 and 6 for elephants Mikki and Punch, but the zoo rescheduled that to April 19 and 20 because of expected wet weather. For more information about Mikki, Punch and the celebration, click here.
A new Kentucky Derby Festival event is being postponed. The Zoeller Pump Company's ParadeFest was supposed to happen from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at Zoeller Pump Company, but is being rescheduled. Festival officials will share the new date as soon as it is scheduled.
Indiana:
Clark County REMC Jamoree at Henryville High School scheduled for Saturday, April 5, is canceled over weather and flooding concerns.
