LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A head-on collision between two vehicles leaves two Campbellsville teenagers dead.
Kentucky State Police say the crash happened when the car the teens were in tried to pass another vehicle.
Authorities say they pulled into the path of a jeep, hitting it head-on.
The driver of the car, 19-year-old Justin Atwood, and his passenger 17-year-old Jade Sullivan, both died in the crash.
Police say neither were wearing seatbelts.
The driver of the jeep, 21-year-old Lauren Dyer of Burkesville, was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
