LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two southern Indiana men were arrested last week after state troopers allegedly found a meth lab inside the mobile home where the two were staying. 

It happened April 18 in Austin, Indiana. Troopers with the Indiana State Police Crimes Against Children Taskforce noticed chemicals associated with a meth lab in a mobile home occupied by 29-year-old Ryan L. Napier and 34-year-old Jonathan Pennington while serving a search warrant at the residence. 

While conducting the initial safety sweep of the home in the 1300 block of of West York Road in Scott County, a trooper "observed alleged chemicals and equipment associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine."

After getting a second warrant to search the home for drugs, troopers with the Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team re-entered the residence and found and collected suspected drug precursors and manufacturing equipment as well as several firearms.

After the search, Napier was arrested. He's now facing the following felony charges: manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug precursors, maintaining a common nuisance.

Pennington was arrested and charged with maintaining a common Nuisance. 

Pennington and Napier were taken to the Scott County Jail. 

Officers from the Austin Police Department and the Scott County Sheriff's Department assisted ISP during the investigation.
