LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 23-year-old man was arrested and is facing charges in connection to a fatal shooting inside of a Dixie Highway home in November 2023.
On Nov. 7, Louisville Metro Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter run in the 1100 block of Dixie Highway around 11:25 p.m.
Officers found a man who had been shot. The victim, Paul Pitney, was taken to UofL Hospital where he died a short time later.
Court documents say Stephen Robinson, along with a juvenile, shot Pitney multiple times inside the home.
Pitney's two daughters were inside the home at the time of the shooting but weren't harmed.
Robinson was arrested Friday and is facing charges that include murder, five counts of wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
