NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WDRB) -- An arrest has been made after a man was shot early Friday morning in the parking lot of a gas station in southern Indiana.Â
In a news release, New Albany Police Chief Todd Bailey said the shooting was reported just before 4 a.m. outside of the Circle K on Charlestown Road.Â
When officers arrived at the scene, they found multiple shots had been fired in the parking lot after a reported fight.Â
One man was hit by gunfire and taken to UofL Health Hospital in downtown Louisville. Bailey said his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. No one else was injured.Â

Bailey later said Davin Alexander, 25, of New Albany had been arrested in the case and charged with felony aggravated battery.Â
