LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man considered a "dangerous fugitive" by police was arrested in southern Indiana, according to police.
On Friday, Clarksville Police Department searched for Jordan Lauyans. Police considered him dangerous and possibly armed. He was arrested after a man hunt that lasted for hours.
Multiple law enforcement agencies worked together to arrest Lauyans. Police used K9, drones and helicopters for the search.
"Although he is a hide and seek champion, in the end the Clark County Sheriff department's Air Unit and a team of officers from Jeffersonville Police Department and the Clarksville Police Department found him," Clarksville Police Department posted on Facebook. "A great display of local agencies using their resources and working together to apprehend a dangerous fugitive."
According to court documents, Lauyans has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, invasion of privacy and possession of a controlled substance, among other charges.
