LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are investigating a possible threat left at a Catholic school off Bardstown Road on Wednesday morning.
According to a news release from LMPD Sgt. Matt Sanders, officers were called to St. Raphael School on Lancashire Avenue at 8:48 a.m.
When officers arrived, school staff showed them a decapitated chicken left outside the employee entrance.
"The school took it as a threat and followed protocol," Sanders wrote.
5th Division detectives took a report and are reviewing surveillance footage in the area.
