LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A former University of Kentucky basketball player was arrested in Lexington early Sunday morning.

According to a citation, police arrested Ramel Bradley, 44, around 3 a.m. after he was found trespassing at a property on 7th Street. Bradley resisted arrested "by using physical force or creating a substantial risk of causing physical injury to a peace officer."

The citation also alleges Bradley had marijuana on him and was driving a vehicle without a valid license.

He is charged with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, driving with no license and possession of marijuana. He's due in court in Lexington on Friday.

Bradley played for the Wildcats between 2004 and 2008. He later went on to play professionally overseas in Turkey.
