LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man is facing murder charges after a shooting in the Park Hill neighborhood back in March that killed a man.
The shooting happened on March 30 at the Farm Boy convenience store in the 1800 block of West Oak Street. Dominique Dudley, 29, was shot several times inside the store and died at the scene.
Marcus McGinnis, 33, is charged with murder, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and wanton endangerment.
McGinnis was already in jail on unrelated charges when he was indicted.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
