LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A fifth-grade teacher in Louisville is facing new charges after allegedly trying to meet up with one of her students and having "sexual conversations with him."

Louisville Metro Police detectives were contacted by Jefferson County Public Schools Police in December after Sydne Graf was reported to have "engaged in sexual conversations" with the student during the NTI day.

On Tuesday, she was indicted on charges of sodomy, rape, unlawful transaction with a minor, illegal sexual activity and possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone)

Graf was arraigned on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty. Her bond was set at $100,000. She has a pretrial conference scheduled for Feb. 26.
